Refund and Cancellation Policy

7-Day Refund Window: A full course-fee refund is available to regular batch students if a formal request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the official start date of the specific batch in which the student has enrolled.
Processing Timeline: Once verified and approved, refunds are processed completely and credited directly back to the original mode of payment within 48 hours after that specific training batch officially concludes.
Re-enrollment Terms: To maintain classroom integrity and administrative consistency, any student who requests and receives a course fee refund will be permanently restricted from re-enrolling or joining any future training batches.
Exclusions: This 7-day refund policy applies strictly to our standard regular courses. It is explicitly non-applicable, and no refunds will be issued, for any designated Special Batches, Intraday Special courses, or Intensive training modules.

2. Lifetime Educational Access & Course Support
Continuous skill refinement is a core feature of our educational philosophy. Access permissions are structured strictly according to your selected course tier:
Regular Batch Students: Enrolled students in a regular batch receive lifetime educational access to attend all future live regular training batches to refresh their technical knowledge at no extra cost.
Intensive Batch Students: Enrolled students in an Intensive batch receive lifetime educational access to future regular batches only.
Intraday Special Batch: The Intraday Special batch functions as a standalone, hyper-focused technical module and does not include lifetime access permissions or future batch entry.
